  Makes me sad lived in Upland before leaving for the Army worked at a Dairy Farm in Chino used Euclid Ave (Dairy was right off Euclid) to get to work through Ontario was and is nice but anything over $250 $300,000 is too much so sad to see home go completely down the............. well, I do not want to say it, it will always be home in the heart a distant memory 😔😔😔

  Thanks for commenting! If you’re just starting out as a realtor, the best way to generate leads is to host open houses. Oftentimes buyers go to open houses with out having an agent, which gives you an opportunity to build a relationship and represent them as their agent. Outside of open houses, you can do cold calls or doorknocking. Both are considered “old school” strategies, but they absolutely work to this day. Hope this helps!!

  Yea, rates are very high, currently (7%), which equates to a $6K mortgage for a $950K home...this isn't ideal for a lot of people...However, there are several programs that may help first time homebuyers with down payment assistance that will help make buying a home possible.

  Ever since they built the 210 freeway there’s been so much crime robberies reason being easy excess, plus way to many people live in Rancho now it was so much nicer 20 years ago now gangs graffiti, homeless it’s honestly gone down alot from what it used to be

The new wave of buyers are millennials and they are priced out of all the well known cities in Southern California…clearly if they could afford to live in Laguna Beach, Newport, etc. They would 100% choose those cities over inland empire. If buying a home in California is what’s best for first time millennial homebuyers, they’ve got to go with what’s affordable.
