  You welcome. There is plenty , just take a taxi and ask the driver they know all the spots. The music is good so you will enjoy and you also get some times live bands or local singers too events.

  Je ne savais pas que la rue Montgallet existait encore 😮! On y allait début 2000 pour acheter des composants et faire monter des PC, il fallait être attentif parce qu'on essayait souvent de nous rouler 😅. Très bon souvenirs malgré tout.

  Effectivement, la rue Montgallet est toujours bien active et continue de prospérer ! Si vous avez besoin de vous procurer rapidement des accessoires informatiques, c'est définitivement le lieu à visiter. Les boutiques là-bas proposent une large gamme de produits pour tous vos besoins informatiques. Il est toujours bon de rester vigilant, mais sachez que c'est une excellente destination pour trouver ce que vous cherchez.

  Analakely, the most beautiful market in Tanà. It was once part of Zama, so chaotic it was scary. But Analakely is the best, vegetables, fruits and meat are the best and people are nice and kind

  I would advise against using popular websites for property rentals, as they often charge foreigners, particularly Europeans, inflated prices, like four times the local rates. Its best to rent directly from property owners or use a local agency. When it comes to purchasing property as a foreigner, it's essential to have reliable local connections. Often, foreigners opt to buy property under a Malagasy spouse's name, which I personally don't recommend. A more straightforward approach is to invest in local businesses through an investment program. Another option is to secure a long-term lease. However, I must caution you that the real estate market here is rife with scams. I've encountered numerous fraudulent schemes myself while attempting to buy a villa.

I was browsing popular portals with apartments for rent in Tana and I was a bit shocked by the prices, because the society in Madagascar is poor and I was wondering where such prices come from. Now I know. If you consider the prices and standard of these apartments and compare them with the prices and standard in Pattaya or Bangkok, Thailand has lower prices and a higher standard. And that was a little awkward for me. But if you take +/- half of these prices from popular websites, then it looks reasonable.

  @@CryptoManiacTravel What can you say about visas for Madagascar? What I know now is a tourist visa for two months and then you have to leave Madagascar. Do you know how long it takes to get another tourist visa for the next two months? Or do you know any other ways apart from a tourist visa for someone who would like to spend more time there?

  It's a nice view but tana sucks imo it's to dirty, too much pollution, the roads are dangerous as well as the nights dew to desperate people. I'm glad you're happy in tana I live in Nosy Be where I do KZread videos it's like a different world in nosy be with the fresh air, hot weather, beach life and business opportunities, congratulations on the new job pal 😊

  Hello @WarriorSobek I got myself this new ride for 1100€, and it's been a real money-saver compared to taking a taxi every day. Plus, it's a lot easier to get through the never-ending traffic jams around here. But let me tell you, driving in this place requires some serious attention. People don't seem to care much about following the rules of the road - no turn signals, no right of way, and cars suddenly switching lanes without a heads-up. It's like a daily accident show out there. Personally, I wouldn't really recommend it.
