Hi, Do a video review of the 500, how did you get wheels that size in there, what did you change. Why does it have enough power with those wheels, why are they not hitting the hull. Tell me about it, I'm very interested.

Putting the clutch together there are alignment marks for each part. Easy to mess up.

Hey bud… those straps you the loops need to be fed through the strap so they will go around the tire for proper tie down.

I installed the stage 3 kit for my 625 last week and couldn’t even wheelie :/ but my stop speed is around 100 km/h i’m worried if the mechanicer who installed the kit could clocked the helix b1 position perfectly :/

You should replace the o rings or at least check them along with the crush washer on the drain plug

Yea he did put the filter in backwards if he had look at the other side he would have notice that it says this side and spring towards engine.

so it looks like you had the 30" tires on before the lift how did it handle them was there a lot of rubbing etc? id like to run some 4/3 offset rims and 30" tires on my pioneer and use the lift kit id rather not replace the A arms unless I have to.

I know this is old but i think 28" tires are a bit much on stock rancher with tread that aggressive . I would maybe go up to 27 with modern tread if i was actually going to use it to work and such.

The nut that was below your original shifter - do you think maybe you were supposed to keep that installed and use it as a lock nut? Maybe you were supposed to install the adapter into the new knob using the "screwdriver" thingy, install the new knob onto the machine and then use the locknut? The new gas cap looks great but not being able to orient the MSC wording symmetrically would trigger my ADD.

Nice vid, but 75W-90 is for FRONT DIFF and 75W-140 for REAR DIFF. 🧐 Plus in the rear diff should be less oil. Check manual.

Did the lift make the ride rougher then stock? Because of how the shocks get mounted more in an upright position

I never knew a southerner that sold his sole to a communist company in a country that put people to work for pennies in china and then to make youtube videos, but I found one and you sir are not a American if you can agree with slave labor. KEMIMITO whips break contact in the led strip because they either spin or when they bend it beaks connection inside the led strip. 7 of mine have all broken connection at the same spot. I purchased the Kemimotos and switched to Nilights. They have a way better connection, a taller quick connect. I also made an extra loop of wire that can get pulled on without pulling on the wires or led strip. Kemimoto whips are Junk!!

I just put a clutch kit and new severe duty belt on my 2020 polaris 450 ho and when i ride and then shift it to park it seems the belt is still making the secondary spin a bit. Did it do that when you guys installed the clutch kit. It doesnt seem to have any oroblems though
