  Honestly I don’t know. I like to keep in the fridge because I like it crunchy. And it never last longer that 2 weeks.😅

It is very hypocritical to associate vegan recipes with the results of animal cruelty (killed fish). Vegan recipes are made with plants and fungi. All vegan recipes should be named after the included plants and fungi.

  The place name is Supatcha Thai's Fermented Mushroom. It's not vegan restaurant but you can tell them to make it vegan. I hope you enjoy it like I do.💚
