Brilliantly detailed and interesting, thank you so much. I don't understand why the bunker system has now largely been sealed off, this is living history and an amazing piece of engineering, so important to remember the doubtless countess lives lost and backbreaking work of men in the creation of these tunnels. Why not have a museum entrance with finds from the bunker system then clean and reinstall the pumps etc and have the entire system open for everyone to see. I don't feel this would a glorification of the Nazis but a chance to witness history just as you may visit a castle which was at some point in history used for defence.

What a shame! Really well sourced and top quality footage almost make this channel unrivalled.... Pity that the absolutely pathetic robo voice narration that apart from making the content sound cheap, cannot pronounce the names and locations correctly. Gave up during the second one i watched.

I lost 23 family members on one side of my family, only one of them remained, my grandmother. And I think and feel it is incorrect, to wipe out the past. I would like this to stop. So that every generation ahead, that wishes and needs to, is able to visit these structures and see for themselves, what happened, how it happened, and with what immense structures, the Nazi's prepared themselves in order to rule the globe. By advancing Hitler's programs. It seriously needs to be harbored, maintained, and made ready for public inspection and education.

The more I learn, the more I see who the good guys actually were. You have to get away from all of their subversion and lies and think for yourself. Hopefully this generation can rid the world of the scourge that this so called religion has been on the world. Enough is enough

And now that diesel MAN engine in a semi working state now resides at the Anson Engine Museum, Cheshire, England. Apparently Hitler personally saw the engine fire into life to make sure it was in working order.

Scumbags aside who commissioned it...that is beautiful and a credit to the people who actually built it. It is ridiculous that it was all flattened and should of been dedicated to the folk who built it, but no, smash it all down and destroy all that stunning work carried out by the people who carved it, what a waste.

This was most probably ordered to the Bavarian Government by the US......Why would a Government tear down the past and next rebuild and develop Oberzalsberg the way they did to make sure that you remember who was in the area, obviously in the most politically correct way !

Actually there was a "Kegelbahn" in the basement and the game was not classic bowling but "Kegeln". Main differences are no holes in the balls (they´re also smaller) and nine instead of ten pins.

The same thing happens today, even when women are supposedly more educated, politically aware and less naive than they were then. I am assuming she wasn't stupid and knew much of what was going on, but probably thought that Goebbels was on the right side of history and doing great work.
