  Yes :( Sometimes it happens. I've contacted the manufacturer, the auto reply promised reaction in 2-3 working days. Update: They have already contacted me!

  The official web page says: "If you are missing a puzzle piece and you suspect it's a manufacturing defect, please email [email protected] and include a picture of the puzzle along with the puzzle name and ISBN. We only send replacement puzzles for the same title that has lost/missing pieces due to manufacturing defects. We cannot send replacement puzzles if you lost pieces while assembling the puzzle. Please take the time to look around wherever the puzzle was assembled thoroughly (check the vacuum cleaner - you'd be surprised!) before sending an email." Anyway, I have no idea how they can determine if I lost it or it was not in the bag in other cases. Now I have this video about it. This was not the first Galision puzzle I completed, only some bended ears I met before, this is the first issue serious enough to contact them. This puzzle made of different cartoon than the 500 or 1000 pieces. Unfortunatelly the cutting quality also worse then the bigger ones.

  Im doing one of the (that’s life) puzzle and it took me 2 week’s

  For me it took also longer than the others. This puzzle has lot of tiny things on the pic, no chance to sort the pieces. So it was more challenge but I liked it so much.
