  1/3 of a belt + 1/2 a sword + 1/2 a rod + 1/4 a vest + 1/4 a cloak + 1/2 a bow + 1/3 a tear on every unit. It’s like a mini tri-force for all of your units, except without taking up the item slots.

  Is Huwei bugged or now when he paints past the lvl of the champion, you can't copy any champion unless it's the correct tier?? (Before he used to just use the charges on whatever it was on the slot if he had enough charges)

  Nope, he still works that way, he can still paint a 3 cost if there are 5 stacks in my experience
