Banline Machinery is now one of the leading providers of innovative technologies and components for the thermoplastic composite pipe (TCP) production line. Our headquarter office is located in Shanghai, China, and a branch in Acton, MA, USA.
We provide three series of continuous production lines for bonded fiberglass-TCP, which are able to manufacture DN 50 ~ DN 630 bonded fiberglass pipe. Smaller diameters apply to oil&gas use, and larger diameters applied to the water supply industry. The worldwide new co-axis wrapping & heating process is able to manufacture 5 km + continuous production for smaller diameter TCP.
Our recent TCP client in China is the largest Chinese pipe manufacturer - CHINA LESSO GROUP. They will invest 16 lines from us ( 6 lines already delivered), and develop the longest TCP reinforced pipeline system in Asia, with diameter covers DN50 ~ DN630.

Hello, how is it connected ?
It is a great question. TCP connections are designed based on what TCP used for. For oil gas use, a special designed Metallic Crimp Joining is applied. For lower pressure - water supply use, Electrical fusion sleeve is applicable. Banline provides own designed TCP end-fittings for specific project.
