I have this album....this is the opening track and its Wavestation by Wavestation recorded in 90 released very limited in 91 very limited cd release....1. Wavestation 2. Let it all go 3. Edge of night 4.Fall Away 5. I Know 6. Another Fish 7. Rain 8. Waters edge cafe. There was a second album called Mona Lisa released in 94 and a few years later the Brothers Rob Drew (r.i.p.) guitars etc. and Buzz Drew vocals etc. had a 90's metal project FA-Q and released the album EACH HIT then nothing that I know of. Before Wavestation they had a metal band called Witchfawn.......they are originally from Canada and migrated to Seattle in the early to mid 90's where they recorded (Wavestation) Mona Lisa and (FA-Q) EACH HIT.

Hey everybody thank you for enjoying the song. I am the original drummer and founder of the band. We started in the early 2000’s. This was recorded on a 16 track recorder in our warehouse. I produced and engineered it. Shawn Reynolds was the lead vocalist. Josh laroche was the lead guitar layer. Puff was the bass on player and myself Jeri Beverland was the drummer and driving force behind my brothers and my original first band. I have probably two albums worth of recordings that are demo’d that I would like to upload for everybody one day soon. We disbanded after I had a chance to go tour with a national act. After many heartbreaking years trying to keep the band together it just wasn’t meant to be but I’ll always remember them as the best years of my life. We were from Clearwater, Florida. this song is made specifically for the movie it comes from, I watched it for.. research reasons and the whole film has an original soundtrack with this singer and the guitar playing the same chords throughout the whole movie. The scene before this involves the baby sitter and the singer sings a similar sounding song with lyrics about said babysitter. in fact, the prior scene’s instrumental guitar blends into the beginning of the ‘Friends’ song seamlessly as the next scene begins. there are no credits at the end of the film. this all makes it out to be a very obscure artist , whoever made it. One possibly unique thing about this singer is that she makes the trumpet noises with her mouth as heard in a later song.
