am black but dating a whitegal is my dream

Unfortunately there is stigma attached to dating someone from a different ethnic group here in the UK. You won't hear people saying it in public but behind closed doors it's different story. I know times have changed but prejudices still exist at all levels of society. I'm a white male and I will say it's easier for someone who is caucasian to progress further in life.

I think there's something so wholesome about this sort of thing, it's hard to fully explain why speaking other peoples languages well makes them light up so much, probably just because it's so surprising, impressive, but it also maybe feels like someone's put in a lot of effort to speak to you on your terms, which is quite touching.

Weisswurst is excellent when done on the braai, they are excellent along with Depreziner Bratwurst, Knackwurst when grilled and we eat them skin on. German beers however are top shelf and beat our local beers hands down.

This is so lovely, seeing the surprise and appreciation on everyone's face. I love languages and have learned a good bit of Arabic, Spanish, French and most recently some Gàidhlig, but I'm still shy about trying to speak them anywhere. I worry that somehow my imperfect attempts could come across as silly or even insulting to their language (even though I would never have that attitude toward someone else learning English!). Thanks for the reminder that a little genuine care, curiosity and making the effort, matters so much more than speaking perfectly. Humanity is beautiful. 💛

I like your videos more than the other ones that seem to focus on the bad in the townships. There is bad in the world but it can be anywhere. Your videos prove being open to listening and learning about other's culture/language breaks down that negative focus. I loved South Africa and found the people there black, white, coloured all very friendly when you meet them with kindness and openness about their lives. Keep doing more videos!

That is truly awesome! We tried to learn two phrases in Zulu when we went to SA but let's just say we butchered their lovely language. Anywhere you go in the world and attempt to speak their language is always met with shock and kindness.

My experience is very different from a lot of people, but for me I got to live in multiple countries where diversity is common, so seeing interracial couples and people of different backgrounds in school is very normal to me, I find it sad that there’s still cultures and people who are racist or can’t simply accept the fact that you can love people from a different race. My whole life I never knew anyone would find it wrong to date someone of different race only until a few years back, I’m still a teenager so maybe that’s why but I myself am very open to relationships with people from different backgrounds

For the German part, that fits. Some people asked me, If I would now, who needs a maiden for the household, but I don't know anybody who employs a maiden, rarely a person to clean twice a week.
