Absolute helplessness. No help, no understanding of how to regulate this divinely complex mechanism. Stone Age primates are trying to understand God's creation. Maybe after 10,000 years.

A really splendid explanation. Thank you very much. On 5:12 , how does the body know that it has made a motor error?

but why would an independent depolarisation/repolarisation in the postsynaptic cell automatically mean a reduction in NMDA receptors? i get how lower ca2+ flow causes less NMDA receptors, but doesnt there need to be a starting point?

what do you mean the "if the presynatic neuron fires after", doesn't calling a neuron pre synaptic inherently mean it's fires "before" with respect to a post synaptic neuron

Great information 👍. If we think about physical properties and the physics of their potential a channel can be reinforced by continuing the flow of a molecule along the pathway. So the old saying ; "use it or loose it". Is very true to strengthening synapses and also on building pre-existing pathways within us.

You don’t explain how Ldp works. You just say if the postsynaptic neuron fires first before presynaptics neuron.. how can this be possible??

Look - let's meet in court. You have the right to defend yourself in Court. I am never going to give in or say I was ever mentally ill, seeing or hearing things, no matter how much power you abuse in order to torture (including your ads). You can falsely imprison me all you want - I won't give in. All you do is harden me. Let's meet in court and get off my feed.

Long term depression - nonsense So I am no longer seeing or hearing things anymore - you were wrong and are "sorry" - it has been long term depression. Not surprised, you can't even get your admission records correct, never mind a legitimate diagnosis.
