  I did 30miles with 18kg in a Bergen and at mile 23 I rested, hottest day of the year blues sky full greens on. My wife said “take some weight out” NOW imagine if I had lists to her. I’d never forgive myself that I wasn’t able to carry out the task I put in front of myself. I said “ No Way because I know I’ve cheated myself “ I finished and was broken but I did it.
