You’re helping people who don’t realize that you can grieve a living person. The people who might not realize that it’s ok to be mad at those who should have been there for them. That being upset about not having the parent they should have is ok. Because sometimes people need permission for that sort of thing. I know that for me, when i started grieving the loss (in the sense that i went no contact ) of 2/3 of my parents, i felt stupid. Like why did it matter now? But i wasn’t that it mattered now, it always mattered. I’m sorry for whatever bs your mom put you through. Remember to be kind and gentle with yourself. Especially this Sunday. 💕

I used to weigh 260 so I decided to eat healthier and exercise more, slowly I started to lose weight. Sadly my mental health was terrible when I decided to loose weight. I lived in a toxic family and got bullied a lot so I went from eating healthy to not eating at all. Eventually I went to weighing 165 and got really sick and my mental health even worser . At the end I did went to get help and seek professional help and my therapist helped me a lot and gain a average healthy weight. A eating disorder is hard to beat and sometimes I still have my struggles. But we all find our way to eventually be happy and eat normally
