  The heat modes should remove world buffs. It's impossible to balance around. The easiest mode of the raid should makd world buffs always on. Doesnt drop off and can refresh it inside. Balance the content around having world buffs for easiest mode if its accessible otherwise dont

  World buffs take about an hour to get and increase dps by about 30%, if they didn’t exist you’d only see people raid log, they get everyone out in the world, they also help differentiate between players who do research on the game and players who just want to get carried

  Yeah back in the day no one really cared about getting world buffs. It's the 2019 crowd that went obsessed with world buffs from playing all those private servers, they found a way to gate keep other players from playing with them.

  They gate keep themselves. You are unbelievably lazy and likely bad if you are not willing to fly to a few zones to grab world buffs and boon them. They gave you a device to store them in for convenience and safety. If you aren't willing to do that to get into a raid group, you don't belong there.
