Guildford Shakespeare Company Trust
GSC is an award-winning professional theatre company. Based in Guildford, Surrey, we were established in 2006 and have grown to become one of the largest producers of home-grown theatre in the region.
From trailers to teasers, interviews, performances, discussions and just little interesting bits of bobs, this is where we post all our visual digital content.
As well as our main performance programme, we run a huge range of in-house education classes for all ages, develop community Outreach projects and actively work in and with schools across Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire.

👍
Beardyman almost completely utterly directly indirectly brought me here.
At the risk of showing my ignorance, your name is motioned often and with much admiration in Sir Patrick Stewart's book Making It So. Of course I had to google and KZread and what a treat that was. You certainly have the voice of a giant in movies and theater. 👏
1000 years a minute
Wish I could see this seeing as my son is playing the male lead. But I live in Cambridgeshire and can’t travel due to MS making travel sickness a big thing now 😢
Saw this on Saturday, it was brilliant. Witty adaptation, a clever set and brilliant acting from all three.
Thank you for coming a long - we're thrilled you enjoyed it!
Promo_SM 😇
We've got our tickets for next week - can't wait so see the show.
Hurrah!
Looks delightful!
thanks Michael!
The best voice in theater
Proud to have been a part of your incredible journey! Congratulations to you both xx
18 years!!!!! Been a pleasure to be a small part of it! Happy birthday!!! xxx
Wonderful company with amazing visionary founders! 'With my eyes' is an incredible local opportunity- I know how powerful drama therapy can be- and with a Shakespearean twist! Getting my husband on a 747 might even have persuaded him to give Shakespeare a try!! Here's to the next 18 years!
You're both amazing, we love coming to your shows, bring on the 2024 season!
Happy 18th Matt and Sarah 🎉🎭
We can't wait to see this.
Mr Blessed, you are amazing!
You're very right sir! I admired you in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves 1991

How did I miss this walk with Matt earlier? Very informative. Glad I finally caught up with Matt. Susan
Thanks for commenting and watching!
Brian Blessed is an absolute Treasure.
A s##t generation ready to replace choice gourmet for alphagetti. The language itself aside from the stage is being lost. Do not ask why. The why can not be remedied it seems, but only accommodated.
This looks awesome
I just came back and it was amazing. Both funny and scary and makes you jump!
This play is one of the funniest takes on mythology.
Streaming when? This looks remarkable
Hi Randy, sadly this show has been and gone in February earlier this year. Thanks for watching though!
Wow! This is beautiful and exactly as I hear the Sonnet in my own mind. I have been casting about for the perfect rendition of the piece, and you have provided it. Thank you.
I know it is licence, but I would have loved the addition of a single word; "So long lives this, and this, this, gives life to thee.
Thanks for stopping by our channel Robert!
Thank you
Lovely lovely.. miss.xo
Is this story based on Prince John?
Good! You certainly have it in an unconventional rhythm, here, but not in any way in a mistaken one.
ok... I really listened sooo many voices... but finally U R THE BEST!!! Thank you soooo muuuuch from "lovely Verona" 💙💛
Captivating rendition of my (and many people's) favorite Shakespeare sonnet. The tiniest mistake in the first line of the couplet (So long as men can breathe *or* eyes can see,) detracts nothing from its beauty.
😁
So excited to see this on the 23rd ❤️
I am in Guildford and very much want to see this!
LOVE Freddie! Wish I didn’t live so far away from this production
RIGHT??? IM CRYING RN WHY CANT I BE THETE
Wonderful. It is my favourite play by the world's greatest playwright. Freddie is savouring the language too.
Wish I could enjoy it! I’m sure it’s going to be amazing, freddie ia a great actor
When is this on?
My favourite story by Borges. Thanks from Argentina.
