    Good day, I'm Desti. I am sorry that you have experienced a Refusal! Firstly, may I confirm your location please? You will only have a right to appeal if you are physically in Australia at the time of your visa refusal. If you are outside Australia, you may consider reapplying after your situations have changed and so that you could address the reasons for your previous refusal. I hope the information helps. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

    If your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) gets cancelled in Australia 😫 but your student visa is still valid 🤔, you've got three options: 1. Head home 2. Apply for a new CoE 3. Apply for a new visa Just remember, staying in Australia on a student visa without a current CoE for more than 28 days is illegal. Hello, Im Desti from education ONE. First of all, I am sorry to hear that you just got a student visa refusal to Australia. After a refusal, you may reapply anytime by addressing the previous refusal reasons and providing more documentation to prove your genuineness as an international student. Unfortunately we are currently placing on hold all student visa applications from any assessment level three countries with a visa refusal history, as Australian Immigration is rather strict on the requirements, making the visa difficult to obtain. We suggest you consult with a local agent that may be able to assist you. I hope the info helps. Thank you, and please never give up of your study abroad aspirations!

    Hello sir, Is there any visa fee for the subsequent entrant if his/her spouse is on Visa sub class 500 Postgraduate research sector? I have checked the Home Affairs website and they have mentioned the subsequent visa free of cost.

    Hello, I'm Desti from education ONE. As you could check here: immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/visa-pricing-estimator there are AUD 650 fees payable if you would like to apply for a dependent student visa to your spouse who is holding a Subclass 500 Visa under Postgraduate Research Sector. I hope the info helps.

    My OSHC is just 15 days more than course end. I will be applying for visa soon. What to do you? Will my visa get any issue for that? What will be my visa end date? Can I extend my OSHC before visa apply? If it is not 2/3 months more than course end date what to do now?

  • @educationoneau

    Hello Zilan, if you will apply for another student visa, you definitely must extend your OSHC. You can buy the OSHC before the visa application.

    hey im already lodgment my visa for 2 weeks and ive waited for my bimetric and medical before that and my class has already start .The school ive enrol to from australia has sent me a deferal form .is the form are gonna remove me from the institute or extent the date when im gonna start my course.

  • @educationoneau
    @educationoneau Жыл бұрын

    Hello there, I am Ayu from Education ONE. Filling out the deferral form will not remove you from the school. You highly suggested filling out the form ASAP so that you still can start the course in the next intake. Once you got a new COE for the new start date of the course, you will also need to update your student health cover which follows your new COE. Then you need to provide updated details to your visa application. Hope it helps.

    i am planning to study in Adelaide in University of Adelaide. My University is asking for 1560.30 aud for OSHC should i go with that or choose a private provider like CBHS im Adelaide

  • @educationoneau
    @educationoneau Жыл бұрын

    Hi, Im Desti. For Adelaide, I suggest you first check the availability of partner clinics and/or hospitals of CBHS. If there are ones in your surrounding so that you can use your OSHC, you can go with CBHS because the Immigration accepts all providers as long as you purchase the OSHC type of health cover. I hope the info helps!
