I got to try the scallion oil over rice 🍚, it looks like a great topping. I make a different version of the prepared fish sauce, but their are similar ingredients compared to your recipe.

Mama Phan thank you so much for all your recipes . I tried to make this dish for my son’s 10th birthday party...everyone was invited for his party. I was so nervous because my mom and grandma make this with such ease. I really messed up. After watching you show us how to make this dish I feel I can do it. You have a gentle and kind spirit. The way you teach it feels relaxing and encouraging . I would love to learn to cook some more Hue dishes. Vietnamese bologna in banana leaves. When I was a child my parents friends made a 3-4 layer jello dessert. I think it’s a southern Vietnamese dessert. Red color, green, orange, and a cream color . They cut in small rectangle shape. You are a great teacher ,loving mother ,and very very beautiful elegant woman.❤❤❤I have some health issues so I can’t cook now. Once I recover I will be so happy to use your videos and cook yummy Vietnamese dishes🥰🤩🤗. I will definitely take pics and share with you .
