  @@lpsreefer2502 I would do the ampere 8s over skars. I've owned lots of 8s and the ampere 8s have sounded the best and loudest so far on the same amp, ohm load and box. I went with the DD 1508s to the sundown X8s then the ampere 8s. I also have a pair of skar MD8s

  @@lpsreefer2502 the Skar amps are pretty beast and do rated power so I'd probably just go with it for the price.

  Yea I really like the way these subs sound. I had sundown X8s wired the same on same power but they didn't sound as good or loud. Box is tuned at 35hz
