  What will make you become the best version of you is knowing Jesus i know you may have not been expecting this but Jesus loves you and he died for you so that you and I may have eternal life, the thing is that no matter how good we may think we are,we are all sinners that deserve an eternal punishment cause we sinned against an eternal God. But Jesus Christ came into this world as a man to take the punishment that you and I supposed to take. To receive God's gift of eternal life you have to believe in he who he says he is, not just a good man, a great teacher or a big prophet but the way the truth and the life and you must confess with your mouth that he is lord come to him the way you are and let him change you, I am not here to force any religion.   My ex is Afro Brazilian. He has long hair. He kept it very simple. He only use one product. Wash his hair a couple times a week. I will say though, hair growth is largely genetics, diet and lifestyle. There are so many black cultures with men with long hair, even on the continent of Africa. And it’s. The same kept it simple, use things from nature.
