Budgeting for next year and honestly kinda suck at mechanical stuff compared to average rider... Does this have anything over the DNA dual exposed intake that you guys describe as an easy install on your website? Im wondering if I go DNA just to avoid the install nightmare... a veteran mechanic is saying it's harder than it should be.

I have some handier friends, but not true motorcycle or wrench vets. I might have to spend more to avoid the headache.

I put a Yoshimura exhaust on it last year, I got tired of deer just walking right out into the road as I approached, pretty much invisible. Now with the Yoshimura I can see them darting away from road into the woods. It is loud, I had to order the silencer to tone it down, very loud but not as obnoxious with the silencer.

I just sold my Valkyrie as I’m moving to SE Asia shortly. I could do 0-60 in about 3.5 seconds. I saw a video where the PCX did 0-60 2.4 seconds. I’m betting the ADV is similar. The mix of rough pavement and off road make this near the top of my list.

If it is under 5 or 600 miles give it a little time before you decide, because after likev600 miles it acceleration is much much better and even more top end speed to

I cannot for the life of me get the air temp sensor installed and connected after getting the intake on. There is just no room to get the sensor onto the bracket and then plugged in.

Make sure the wire is routed between the mounts as shown in the video. It will fit FOR SURE.

This is a great video, but they forgot the important step of removing the set screw from the fork bottom, and using an end mill to smooth out the burrs created by the set screw in the fork tube threads, before removing.

In other videos it is recommended to put a dab of grease or penetrant down in the hole also to help the removal avoid those burrs. Well, after watching this video, I was overconfident or something, skipped those steps and have a tore up lug now I am not happy about. Came back and found this comment, perfect. This video is the only one really on this fork that has no service instructions anywhere for the inner stanchion. This video is crap for the several omissions.

Also, when removing the rubber bumper peens, no matter how meticulous you are with perfect tooling, it is still possible the metal will chip away when you get it far enough to clear the retaining ring. It has to be made circular almost and you will have the burrs. I had minimal burrs there. Not a procedure for amateurs.

What is the spring rate it ships with? I'm a light guy (150lbs), afraid it will be too stiff. Does Nitron offer lighter springs?

Nitron can provide lighter and heavier springs, but as delivered, it covers a WIDE range of riders. With 100+ shocks sold, and that question asked several times before, we not had a single customer actually request a spring after install.

This was a great Informative Review i currently own a 2016 Kymco People GTi300, & i have been considering this Scooter for some time now as a 2nd Scooter, along with the Yamaha SMax 155 but can't get that new anymore. The fact that you two was impressed with its performance leaves my very little doubt I'll be impressed with it myself I'm not a big guy by any means 5'9 138lbs .

We've not tried it ourselves, but it's been confirmed by customers multiple times that they indeed fit the G Craft.

I just fitted one of these to my 2022 Monkey. Easiest way I found was to remove the injector with hose attached, from the manifold. Remove the throttle cables, remove the complete throttle body / inlet manifold, and the assemble the new intake onto the manifold while on the bench. Fit the intake air temp sensor and connect the wiring to that sensor. Refit the complete manifold and intake assembly onto the engine. refit the injector, refit the throttle cables, and reconnect the wiring to the TPS and injector and last of all fit the new Air filter to the new intake. Trying to assemble it while still on the bike is way too difficult to get right. To add context to this I have in excess of 20 Honda Monkeys that are highly tuned and approximately 40 years working as a Mechanic. Very happy with the product, but the fitting instructions leave a bit to be desired, so I hope what I have written above helps someone fitting one of these intakes.

This install was a pain in the ass! I can do it much faster now, but it took way too long! A proper installation video would have prevented wasting a bunch of time! For the love of god help your future customers out and make a better installation video!
