  I lived overseas for years before l came back to Anambra state. Honestly, l drove from Lagos, and got lost when l crossed the Niger bridge because of the level of infrastructural development Obi did in Anambra state. That is why he is very popular. Comparing Lagos with Anambra state will not be fair because Lagos is a federal territory and a former capital. In that note Lagos will be more developed than Anambra. I will encourage you to travel to Awka and Onitsha and see what Obi did there.
