  Great commentary , I always wanted one growing up next to the ocean, but like most things in life, the reality isn't as good as your mind makes them, I've ridden in expensive boats, their uncomfortable, there's no amenities that good, resale is a joke, it gets boring after short time, the novelty wears off real quick, pay 300 thousand new, sell it 3 years later for 75 if your lucky, oh, the fuel for 1 day is maybe a 1000.

  That lake has become a wave pool increasing annually since 90s. Now be 40' or stay in back of coves too busy. Big city crime found it's way there recently. Sold every property we owned and left.

  In order to have enough funds to purchase the boat, you more than likely have to have some common sense to be successful enough to have the $$ to buy it. Unless you got lucky and inherited it all, but that was not the case. I can assure you me & the others in the boat have more life & business common sense then probably multiple of you🤣 Albino no - Burnt yes. Thanks for watching! :)

  I’m pretty sure you have a little pop-up step on the floor somewhere. Usually right infront of the cabin door , its there just hiding a drain hole.You can just pick it up & use it at the helm also for that extra height you’re looking for. Cheers 🥂
