  I was on a MacBook Pro 2012 and followed these steps, but for some reason it shows I'm reinstalling OS X Mavericks which looks like a super old version. Also it shows there is 23 hours remaining. Is this normal? Will I be able to update to my latest version after I'm done reinstalling?

  "an illegal state change was requested", the more I read about this issue.. the more it makes me think Microsoft wants people to login in to their computers using their Microsoft account. Personally, I'm not going to login to my own computer using a Microsoft account and give Microsoft permission to manage my computer... just to get the 20 reward points to play a PC game for 15 minutes daily. Microsoft can kiss my ass if they think they are going to use deceptive methods to get me to allow them to manipulate me. "an illegal state change was requested"= another example of why more and more people are switching to Linux.

  So, I was really wondering why you made this a video instead of just a document on some website. But then, Google put this as the first video in my search results, and the text results were all either from 2015 or were useless. So, this video is what actually gave me the information I needed, and Google was willing to show it to me. So, maybe there IS something to the strategy of sticking text-only videos on KZread, after all. 😄

  For a $6500 expensive camera, this is disappointing. Nikon Z8 allows for continuous Bluetooth connection and transfers automatically to the mobile device. No WIFI, no hassle.

  What is the use of the first steps saving sysinfo, ipconfig etc. into a folder? This data isn't used anymore in any of the following steps.

  With a top-of-the-line expensive camera like this, have they not figured out how to send the camera live view to your mobile/tablet (with accompanying camera setting editing)?? DJI drones have been doing this for years on hugely less expensive products. There really is no excuse if this functionality isn't in the A1 !!
