  How come Vivid, frog Vinyl, and 3M only sell 5ft sheets? Most car and truck hoods require 6ft x 6ft sheets and I can’t see to get that anywhere.

  Why ridiculous to have adhesive left on the car,, I'd imagine there'd be some left, w blemishes.. Nothing buffing can't take out.

  I need to find a vinyl that is extremely sticky! Or at least much stickier than VVivid....I bought the Vvivid vinyl with 1 inch width from Amazon and to use it by placing strips of it on my wheels. I put it on, used a heat gun since the outside air temp was about 50 degrees and went inside. Come out an hour later and some of the strips were just hanging there and flopping in the wind! WTF? Even after using a heat gun! How frustrating this is! And yes I cleaned them with soapy water, dried them and then used alcohol to make sure they were ready for vinyl.....ALSO, it seems the cap sheet/protective layer was still attached to the film and so surely this would not hamper the film and how it sticks would it?

  Good explanation. How many °C on the torch? Or is it not regulated? I can't find a torch less than 1200°C, but I think that's too much for vinyl.

  Yea wrap jobs as a whole would be cap at $800 any more than that as president I would fine them. Wrap Material would not be more than $150. Its sticky paper with color, how is that expensive. I think I better run for president this is ridiculous.

  I remember when PPF started becoming popular my friend spent 6k wrapping his M2 in it. I was telling him how he got ripped off and he could have just changed the color for way less. Boy was I wrong about that lol.

  I've been wrapping for over 7 years now. Done tons of cars in just about every brand of vinyl. Wrapped my personal cars in Inozetek 3 times now and I just cant get over how cheap the film is after about 2-3 years. You lose that crazy gloss. Colors fade extremely quick. One removal I did on my 370z literally turned to dust after 3 years of being on the car. Like peeling it would cause the clear layer and the color layer to splinter off leaving the black base layer left to pull. My question is, after seeing the negatives of Inozetek/Tinybot/Paradox ect how do you still feel comfortable installing this material on these crazy high end cars? I'm super curious as I tend to not recommend these newer chinese vinyls anymore after seeing how long they really last. Not bashing you at all, you're one of the best installers out there. I've seen you progress along with myself. It's insane how the wrap industry blew up shortly after guys like you and I started wrapping.

  It's not my choice on the brand/color that goes on my customers car but of course they are aware of what problems they have had. Currently this car is wrapped in a Hunter jade by inozetek and has been for the last year and half and still no problems with the finish.
