    This guy is an ignorant. First meal should be kind of heavy, but not overloading the stomach. Two meals a day are enough. Five to six hours between meals are recommended in order to have better meals, etc.

    Excellent advice and really fun to watch. I am not a mum but someone who has always been interested in nutrition, and I intend to dance in clubs until I die. For me, good health and energy are more interesting than weight or body fat percentage. I eat and love all those 10 healthy foods - and many others, since variety is the key, including at least 30 different types of fruits and veggies. I moved to Spain years ago to get fresh, organic (most of the time), and cheap healthy food. Sardines and shrimp come from the sea 5 mn from my flat. The city is not surrounded by suburbs where you only drive, but little farms. Of course free Vitamin D since it's sunny all the time. People who live here are so healthy, because they eat healthy, and move a lot. Not only in gym clubs, even if there are plenty. They walk, bike, climb, swim, and dance all the time. All this may explain why Spain is supposed to become the country where people live the longest in the world. It's a different story in the USA. Huge lack of fresh and affordable food, and nutrition knowledge. Fast greasy unhealthy industrial crappy food restaurants, and food ads, everywhere. I'm so sad to see this country dying simply because of bad nutrition. All my American friends who have moved to my town have lost a lot of weight and gained a lot of health.

    I am lucky to live near a safe shady place (actually a cemetery) to walk around. There is a paved road, but I usually try to walk on soft grass or dirt. I have seen lots of wildlife, bobcats, wild pigs, possums, birds.

    A favorite of mine is avocado soup, but it can also be adapted to a smoothie. 1 c almond milk, 1 avocado, squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper. Blend. It will be creamy and thick.

    So if I eat in calorie deficit I can eat what I want been mindful of course and still loose weight?

  • @FitMotherProject
    @FitMotherProject2 күн бұрын

    Great question! In theory, this might work. However, not all calories are created equal. 100cal from candy/sugar can cause a wide range of negative health outcomes vs 100cal from veggies. You also want your body functioning at optimal levels to be more efficient and effective with your caloric burn too. Best of luck! -The FMP Team
