  Is there a way I can give a badge when a player uses an item? For example: A healing tool has 10 uses. When a player uses those ten times up and the tool disappears, they are awarded a badge.

  For anyone who is having the issue of the footstep sound playing too quickly, I had the same issue and found a fix. I added an if statement for each different footstep sound effect and then changed the playback speed. The default playback speed is 1.85 so anything less than that will make the audio play slower. Below is what my code looks like, keep adding elseif chunks for each different footstep audio. I just experimented with different values for each different audio until they all sounded about right.
