As far as i am concerned, SV 42 players who are actively fighting against strong alliances are the bravest on this batlle field. They have earned my respect tremendously. Even if DW is busy at work he can log in and send his troops to army groups instead of sitting in the safe zone with a healthy base.

What about combo Sky + Comet + 50% dmg from crit from Brisk, I think this combo will be very good. Both officers have interception and dmg and total of 50% chance for crit.

Could it be possible that the skill being trained also has correlation with the coefficient damage the officer offering the skill gives? For example a 25% fortification damage skill from spanner would be weaker than 25% fortification damage skill from eye of providence?
