Wow, that loss is heartbreaking! I'm sure there is a wealth of knowledge to share walking with God through this, but I do want to say that I'm so very sorry for your incredible loss! God bless you and your family!

"Faith grows depth in the dark." 24:40 That's exactly what I needed to hear today. It's now on my fridge.😊 Alicia said so many deep and meaningful things that I needed to hear today. I struggle with emotional numbness every single day and have been praying about it more intensely, so in God's great providence he led me to this interview. Praise God! Thank you! What a feast this was. I have to get her book.

Excellent. Tension of sadness/gladness. What at fantastic basement vision…humble ourselves in the basement & be so welcomed, to impact others by seeing, loving them and be heard. I also love how God gave him imagination “to visualize what people are saying rather than only hearing” . Thankful God deals with each one of us as uniquely as we are created. May we all bear His image in ways that honour Him … 🇨🇦 ❤

I would like more examples of boundaries in a relationship. Not examples of boundaries outside of the relationship. Because that’s where most people need to set those boundaries is in a marriage. Yes we need to set boundaries with friendships but the marriage is going to be a place where boundaries need to be set the most, I have not yet heard what is a healthy boundary in a marriage and what is not a healthy boundary in a marriage.

“Satan loves a sole Christian” how true! It’s like God extends an invite to all of us both in the joy & sorrows of life. We all have the freedom to choose & respond in joy & sorrows. Over & over when my life comes to yet another abrupt unexpected and unwanted halt or crash … after years of experience … I tell God “yes I hear your invitation to draw close to you, to trust your Sovereignty and You know that is my desired goal…and I’ll get there”. I have my “go to’s” when I get stuck in the mud/mire and I know God is patient/kind with me as I aim to get unstuck, particularly in my thought patterns. Appreciate channel 🇨🇦 ❤

When a church has a single senior pastor and secondary pastors have no voice the only choice is to leave. They have the pulpit. They control the narrative and there can be no voice that is allowed to speak the truth. That is exactly why I left my most recent church ministry.

I love this! I attend a non denominational church and I find we don’t have enough depth on suffering. The Catholic teachings have been so good on suffering. It is a ministry in itself. I love that you shared that part. I was put off for a long time because we tend to focus on where they miss the mark but they carried the faith imperfectly yes,but we can honour the Catholic Church for that at least.

God has a purpose for me even while I lie on my couch in chronic pain. God has a purpose for my mom even while she has dementia in a PCH. My hope is that I long more for the presence of God than I do healing of my body. Yes…physical, mental and spiritual are all very much connected. PS I was once given the finger for parking in the handicapped zone. I look great outside and people assume that I am fine. 🇨🇦 ❤

This was truly wonderful. I’m meeting both of you for the first time, and so appreciate the depth of this conversation. Would love to see a follow-up interview if there is more to share since this one took place. I have felt just as you expressed that Elisabeth was perhaps called to marry Lars, even though he was controlling and difficult. There were so many talks that encouraged women who are in difficult marriages which happened during her marriage to Lars. That marriage, and her dependence on Christ during it, were what equipped her for that part of her ministry, I think.

I really appreciate this ministry taking time to talk about chronic pain & cancer, etc. So much biblical truth here that I have experienced and practise and agree with. A multitude of serious conditions over span of 45 years. My interest was piqued when I heard CRPS as I broke ankle last summer and now Dr’s are thinking I also have CRPS which I had never heard of. Walking is difficult and hubby recently had quadruple bypass pass and didn’t know how I would manage each step literally. Some days I prayed over each step to visit hubby over 9 days in hospital. I appreciated the comments about church visiting the home when we cannot join a group. Spot on!! 🇨🇦 ❤

Dead silence/non-reaction scares narcissists, haters, people who don't respect your boundaries, and people who are jealous/envious of you. Jealousy can mean a lot of things: rumors, competition, lies. They look down on you. They don’t miss any detail of how you are dressed or how you act, etc. They are always hanging on what others are doing or saying. They are often critical and judgmental. They often reveal things to others. They never have enough of anything; they are never satisfied. They always believe that other people are more fortunate and get everything. Often they are not creative. In fact, it is common for them to copy others. And they are happy when others fail. There will always be jealous people around you. You will come across them in your friend groups, in your workplace, in your neighborhood, and even in your family. Don’t let yourself be susceptible to this negativity, nor let it bring you down.

We know who you are. Please, repent Beth! Tell the people the Gospel. That Christ completely restores lives! Completely heals, and completely makes all things new! Don't tell them that You would like to see people have a sense of normalcy? The scriptures are clear about those who say they receive special revelation from the LORD? Your testimony does not contain the elements of special revelation confirmation from God. But you're constantly preaching how God gives you special revelations? You need to repent! People who are lost will not and can not find "The Christ" through you're doctrines. They can find Christ despite you're teachings of course. But I'm begging you to repent before the Lord decides to take you home sister. Please repent.
