On fluorescent lights, if you take one bulb out the other one won't work very well, is that the same with LED's?
I’m not sure I never tried but I think it might something to do with how it’s wired.
Some homeowner crap right there. It’s like people running extension cords through the wall
Lol, interesting analogy. What’s wrong with running extension chord through the wall? Lol 😅
Better read the UPC before placing flexible water lines inside a wall
UPC?
Excellent video. I just used this to replace my pressure switch, restoring water to my house before noon. Thanks for pointing out the precautions necessary to avoid death by electricity. I loved the tip about labeling the wires too. Keep being awesome.
Glad I could help. Thanks for sharing.
Me here "researching" next project... right after completing the water line tile in our pool. 🫣
Small projects build your confidence to do bigger projects. You got this.
Thanks for the video! Super helpful. I’m repairing my couch right now with a similar kit and process. It may not look pretty but sometimes you just gotta get it done and prevent it from getting worse, right?!
Yep. 💪🏼
Why not?
If the hose gasket gets damaged overtime it will be difficult to detect a leak and or replace it. Basically have to break the wall to fix it.
Hoses degrade over time, add in contraction/expansion from water pressure changes as valves open/close, and it's pretty much a guarantee it will eventually fail
Yeah, I just need to fix it before it fails.
What if it has a light?
I’m not sure never took one apart with a light
No....use the saddle stitch.
Maybe next time
Very helpful
Glad to hear that.
Who paints a door while its closed?
I opened it at the very end. It’s hot here in Florida so it would waste a ton of ac having it open the entire time.
No, just no..
Why not?
Thank you.
You're welcome.
Everything he sAYS? Has a huge inflection at the eND? Like he's asking a question every tIME? No chance you actually talk like this all day every day...😂😂
I don't know why but this comment made me laugh so hard. 😂😂😂. It's not that bad but I can see what you mean in some parts. Watch my most recent videos and let me know if I improved since this video is 3 years old. Thanks for the laugh tho. 👊
Thanks!
You’re welcome. Glad I could help.
why is there no gasket in your connection ?
What are you talking about. You can’t even see if there is a gasket or not. I don’t remember if there was one or not and can’t tell by the video.
Held button 3 min lites remain on
did you hold the right button?
The regulator hose that I removed had a brass compression fitting without any rubber gasket. However, the Amazon regulator that I purchased (the one you recommend in the video) has the exact same brass fitting BUT with a rubber gasket inside. So, what now? Remove the gasket? Keep it?
I would keep the gasket. Gasket makes sure you don't have a leak.
If your disposal is actually stuck where the Allen key alone doesn’t work here is what I did. I used the Allen key on one of the rings like he did, and I tapped a hammer on one of the other rings (same direction) and I did those both at the same time. It finally let loose that way. Hope it helps somebody else.
Great advice. Thanks for sharing.
Your video says you are installing, wrong. You’re replacing a light that’s already got wires connected, get it right
Whether you are remove an old one or you are installing on top of a junction box you are still doing the process of installing. If you need to learn how to run new wire and install a junction box then that's probably what you should search first. Unfortunately, I don't have a video for that otherwise I would of recommended one of mine to watch. 😁
When you install a new sink can you use different supply lines rather than the old copper style that was there?
Yes I usually use something like these hoses just make sure the fittings are correct sizes. amzn.to/3xDRa50
Wish I could give you 5 thumbs up. So quick and to the point! Great vid, Mate.
Thanks for the your kind words. You could give me a super thanks. lol I'm kidding that's not necessary. I'm glad I could help you without wasting too much of your time.
What a beautiful house. Can't wait to see it in September when I'm in town.
Hopefully it will be done by then. 😅
Is the fan supposed to to spin all the time or just when it needed to?
I’m not sure I think only when it needs to
@@Daddicated I wonder if it also only run if door is closed. Might need to remove filter, put a camera and close the door and use knock function to light up 🤣
@@Aurahead That would be a great test. Maybe I can do this test and post it as a short.
😲 protect this guy at all cost he saved me millions. You got a sub a like a star and anything else 🗣️
Thank you. 🙏🏼 Glad I could help out.
I bought the same kit. None of the valves fit. Best off going to Rock Auto and input your vehicle specifics.
Sorry to hear that. What vehicle do u have?
Do I supposed to put oil on it or just put it like that?
Ur suppose to add oil to it. But some come pre oiled too so just depends what you bought.
Great looking house. Love the pantry. I would like to talk to you about the process, maybe we can take you out to dinner sometime when we are in town.
Yeah, we can fill you in as best as we can. Just give me a heads up when and we can arrange something. Let me know if you need my contact info.
Nice setup man! Are you self-contracting it or working through someone? We purchased a property recently and are planning to build in about 3ish years. Looking forward to the next vids 🙌
We are working with a contractor, but I’m doing a lot of work myself, such as painting, trim, tile and flooring. I had some friends help out here and there. But it’s a grind tho. Can’t wait till it’s over. Lol 😂
@@Daddicated Lots of work for sure, but lots of savings to be had haha - Super excited for yall!
@@kova_tech very true. I’m just ready for it to be over. Lol. Nice thing is I’ll have endless content opportunities with the new place. But first things first need to finish just enough so we can move in. Thanks. Ur in George or SC? I hear it’s easier to build in SC compared to FL.
Step 4 I practically got beheaded because the blinds were loose from steps 1 and 2 and pulling the blinds up pulled them on to my head! Yikes
Yeah, probably need to do step 4 before doing step 2. Good point. Don't forget about step 3 though.
Nothing more than what I needed to know. Subscribed. Thanks.
Glad you liked it. I figured I would spare you the five minute of why I don’t like Hollywood light fixtures and get to the point you really came here for.
Music is a great touch to the video! Thanks for the help
Thanks. I appreciate the feedback.
O Cannon open my filter. I use much power with my hands. Dres anyone have the same problem ?
Are you rotating in the right direction? It shouldn't require a lot of power.
Sure...left where is Arrow witch shows open... its first change. I had never opened that before. It looks like its stucked
NIce house man! Can't wait to see the final product
Thanks man. It’s been in the works for last couple of years. It’s nice to finally see it come together. Hopefully a few more months left before we can finally move.
Brake job. Hopefully she got ceramic brake pads and slotted rotors. And a nice coat of copper antiseize on the backs of the pads to make the next job easier. And some silicone for the boot seal.
THANK YOU SIR ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
You’re welcome
I like the vibes and how you pushed the screen in first , then the spline! Perfect I appreciate that one liked subscribed already cause you were the first video I chose and all I needed to know to do the job 🎉😊
Glad I could help. 😁
Amazing man 👍
Thanks. 👍🏼
Thank you for the video 😎
You’re welcome.
It looks AMAZING!
Thank you.
this video helped alot with sewing my plush rabbit, thank you :)
Glad I could help.
How long did this remodel take?
4-6 months. I was working on it off and on tho. There were some holiday and vacation in between.
ugh. my whole base cabinet needs to be demo'd. How to do that without disconnecting everything??
If you gotta replace the whole cabinet base then I don’t think there is an easy solution for that other than disconnecting everything and reinstalling a new cabinet in its place.
You made good video except I could not get how the electric connections are from one to two connections. Please respond Thanks
I drew a wiring diagram sketch for you of how I wired everything. Let me know if this helps. drive.google.com/file/d/1EeUeMZ_d8MGsEkd5W0x0y2XnFye67LSw/view?usp=drive_link
Thank you!
You’re welcome.
How much days did it take you
A lot of days. 😅 and nights.
Did you put any oil in it ?
Yes I did.
@@Daddicated how many ounces?
thanks, i don’t have a dad so these videos help me a lot.
Feel free to check other videos as well. I’m happy to help with what I can.
Broooooooooo YOU DID NOT USE A PVC LINER ?????!
Yes I know. But I think I’ll be okay.
Would this pvc grow mold in it over time ?
No it won’t. This is normal here in Florida to use PVC
