Wish you had written in larger print. My eyesight isn't as good is younger. Hope I can do better. What type yard did you use? Cotton or polyester

if you’re confused watching this, you might just need more experience? she could’ve been more concise and show close ups, but if you’re working along with her i can’t see how you end up with a different end product. just go slow, use stitch markers for the first stitch of each round, and you’ll get it i promise <3

That shot of plaster and lathe is a great example why stud finders are useless with them.

3.5mm or 3.75mm hook and the now discontinued sugar wheel cotton :( yarn bees bamboo-tiful is very similar

good:) I used a 3.5mm hook (and same size yarn) and it turned out big enough to hold a mini clipper lighter. I made it as a gift for a friend and she loved it. Thank you

I am not accustomed to the waistcoat stitch and it's really hard to see what you're doing. In future videos, could you slow it down a bit, just to be able to see better how it's done. Thanks!

Round 2 of the body makes zero sense. You need to start with 8 sc for it to make sense

loved this pattern! i used a 4 mm hook to make up for having tighter tension and it came out great :) i don’t understand why people have to be so rude if they themself don’t understand something. great tutorial ❤️

for anyone doing this i suggest using a tiny piece of a different color yarn on and use it as a round marker. so u can keep track of where ur round starts! this helped me a lot:)

i really appreciate the tutorial, but I think it would be better to show what you are doing a bit more crearly, especially during the base part i was very confused and i couldn't figure out what you were doing. Maybe have the camera a bit closer and explain the stiches more.

I only needed the mushroom cap and didn't want to add the white details cause simplicity BUT I don't know why people are saying they don't understand the pattern. It's nothing too difficult and I think you were pretty clear about what to do. I substituted the waistcoat stitch for single crochet as you said we could do in the beginning of the video and the rest was easy to follow through. And I'm no pro-crocheter. I learnt to crochet almost exactly a year ago and even then my works are small and very few and far in-between. And if it's the waistcoat stitch that's giving people trouble, they're already on youtube, they could easily watch another tutorial. I did and decided I didn't want to go through the hassle of finding the posts of my single crochets. P.S. The cap turned out absolutely beautiful and exactly like I wanted and the holes for the string of the pouch to pass through made everything look so much more professional. Thank you. P.P.S. I get it if beginners don't get it cause you need to know where to put the stitches and so on but come on, there are people claiming to have been crocheting for years and saying they don't get it. If you've really been croceting for years, you should know where to put the stitches.
