Mine are 20 months old and 9 months old ( there is a gap of 11 months and 3 weeks between my daughters) and the guilt is still present 😢 I think will be there forever. About going out😅 with time became easier, faster. What works for me, for exemplar, when we go to day care with the older one: I wake them up only with 30 min before we go out! Like this, there will be no time to disagree, to play, to argue or something else 😂 I just say: come baby, we go to day care, we need to hurry a little bit, the kids are waiting for you 😁 And, most of the times, it works, and she’ll very cooperative.

Even waiting 6 months after a reversal is definitely hard. We just found out after 4 years of a vasectomy reversal. . I literally gave up a couple years ago :: shrugs :: It was getting far too hard. I know this is an old video, but congratulations. It is SO good that you didn't talk to people that you were trying. I told people and literally had people check up on me every single month in the first year of trying. You did well how you talked about this. I am only 6 weeks pregnant and so hopeful I will carry and not lose it!!

Honey your organs and things are NOT taken out of your body during a c section!... You are in pain from the incision and your stomach muscles healing. You MUST keep up with your pain medications and not allow yourself to fall behind on them. Managing pain is essential to the healing process...

It's amazing you frame this so positively. I had a similar vbac where I begged for a Cs and was ignored. I am still in therapy for it now - 4 years later and don't feel brave enough to have another baby even though I wanted one. It just shows how perspective is everything. I view it as the worst day of my life and feel utterly damaged by it mentally and physically. And yet you seem so light hearted and okay about it. I wish I could be like you! How was your recovery down below? I couldn't sit for months. I was just the same as you - no prep and went with the flow with first early baby boy. Had emcs and was well after. Got brainwashed by all the natural birth hype and went for a vbac - did all the prep in the world and had baby girl on due date with awful delivery. Things worked out better when I had done no prep at all! Do u have u plan on more children?

I also did hypno with my second and really regret it actually because I feel it brainwashed me to think all could be fine! Such different perspectives.

I remember having one baby and I came back from a walk and I didn't know what to put my hands in. When I entered the door, I was greeted by the cat's vomit scattered all over the hall on the wooden floor, my son started to cry, and I felt that I was about to pee. I wonder what it will be like when the second one is born 😆

Why did your doctor not give you local anesthetic ( injection of lidocaine) before both the episiotomy and after while suturing? That is standard practice for stitches in any part of the body. I hate that some women are suffering during repair of birth lacerations. There is no reason for it. Some doctors are absolutely awful. My heart goes out to you.

I had a horrendous first birth which ended in.an emergency c section (under a general) and a very poorly baby - I elected to have a section second time round and it was the best experience and I do not regret it or feel I missed out on a natural birth even though I had always wanted to experience that. Happy with how it went and I think I made the right decision, I also did not accept a date for my section I decided to wait until labour just incase I changed my mind :) not doing it again though as it was actually really scary but an experience that I will try never to forget

I had a first emergency c-section, my boy was also face down but facing my spine and I had a 3 day labor that stalled halfway through. I was so tired. Trying for vbac in a few weeks, here's hoping!

Thank you for sharing your story 💙 My husband got his VR in November 2019 which was about 7 years after his vasectomy. He's had a "low" sperm count about 6 months afterwards. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2015, so we've been trying but no luck. We looked into IVF, but in the US its cost is not an option. This video has given me some hope. Although, I'm 10 years older than you...

The struggle is so real. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a year and a half after his vasectomy reversal. He has two children with other women and I have none. I'm also 7 years younger than he is and am only 24 with no complications on my side. He, however, has had two sperm analyses done and both came back with poor morphology. :( I am so disheartened, but when I hear stories like this I feel a little bit encouraged. :) Thank you for sharing!

Right? This is one personal experience of an emergency c section situation.... I hate fear mongering videos. Women might watch this knowing nothing about the process and be scared out of their minds. Most times hospitals prioritize delayed cord clamping, skin to skin, allowing mother's to have their moment with the baby with the exception of the baby being unhealthy or needing immediate professional care... I go in for a planned c section next week and I've watched and listen to dozens of videos and doctors relaying what will happen. I have never heard of home injections to prevent blood clotting. I believe that too is a case by case based treatment... Just don't rely on this video for anything...

I had my second C section 9 weeks ago(first was an emergency second elective) I discussed the surgery with my OB she explained the process to me.An incision is made through the uterus,no organs sliced and diced or internal parts placed outside the body during the procedure which is a common misconception 😂😂I loved both of my ceasers, speedy recovery I guess every experience is different x
