  My new phone wanted to get data from my old phone, trouble is i hadnt had a phone in over a year. Also it was w flip phone. So the software was running in circles for awhile Glad it got off that loop

  There is no toggle for ambient mode. Only annotations, subtitles, playback speed, and quality.

  Check that surround sound is chosen as the sound format within the app, you may see Stereo, 5.1, 7.1 etc

  @@mat2574 If possible I'd recommend transferring individual /groups sections separately e.g. photos, videos, files. There's a chance there's a certain file causing an issue or it's too much to transfer. If there's a problem with one of the groups you copy at leas you'll be close to identifying the cause.

  I’ve never used notes so unfortunately I’m not sure, but they won’t be deleted on the old device so if they don’t transfer you may be able to do it manually
