I wonder what Dr. thinks about using DMSO to heal it ? Thanks.
I tried these back flexion exercises and ended up unable to walk. The specialist said itwas the opposite to what I should be doing as my back is damaged in such a way that any mobility makes it much worse. I must say I am confused.
From where do we find this tape

Dr. Yoni: I have been diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis and I would be interested in watching your Video with your follow up results in December, 2023. Thank you.

Only thing that helped my shoulder. Every other person giving advice on videos a moron. Thanks
Do you warm up and cool down
I can't hold my pen
What was the strength of the MRI magnet in the pre and post? The post looks sharper like it was a 3T magnet while the pre looked a little more grainy (1.5 T). Just trying to compare apples to apples! Thanks
Both MRIs were taken using the same machine - it's 1.5 T. Some slices in both studies were sharper than others. Perhaps I moved a little.
Thank you; very useful shortie!
Cheers, Lenda! Glad it was helpful!
Wow!! Thank you sir. You can’t imagine how much you saved me. I’ve been suffering from shoulder pain for 2 years. I tried your exercises for the first time and and I feel better. I will keep doing it every for total recovery. Thank you very much.
You're most welcome, Eric! I'm happy this is helpful for you!
30-35hertz. Total training time (short) 10-15 mins max per day. More is not better. 3 x15 per week or 5 x10mins per week sessions. 30-60 secs muscular effort, equal rest period turn off or step off. Squat, hold for 30-60 seconds. Holding or in motion. Heel raise 30-60 seconds. (Up & down or hold) rest equal amount of time. Make it harder by dipping heels off the edge. Do it single leg heel raise. Rest. Opposite side. Hip flex/ Leg raise, knee to chest. Harder-Apply downward pressure on hand. Opposite side. Rest. Leg raise out to the side (adductors). Rest. THANK YOU!!
Thanks for summarizing, Fiona!
Great stuff Dr Y.... Been doing these daily🥰 Could I suggest Add Yogic CAT COW posture Love it!🙏❤️ The way you answer all comment is commendable 🙏💪🤜🤛
Thanks a lot, Alan! It's a good suggestion!
very informative ... how many times a week this needs to be repeated
Thanks! The weekly volume will vary from one person to the next. A good rule of thumb is to find a volume that creates an increase in functionality without causing any fatigue or soreness afterwards.
I need more information
I have a whole playlist dedicated to the hip. Here's the link: kzread.info/head/PL1rO7vW04HUCFlkRawMThVANg4hEoj18G

You're most welcome, Jahsun!

Sorry to hear about your shoulder. Unfortunately, it's not possible to give specific advice with a physical examination. However, I have a whole playlist dedicated to the shoulder and some of the videos there may be helpful for you. Here's the link - kzread.info/head/PL1rO7vW04HUBscJklj1g7Ji-gz8a1Dllu
Thank you for your reply Sir
@@reetud4601 Welcome!
What country is the price quoted for? what clinic?
The price I mentioned is USD. My treatment was performed at Dream Body Clinic - dreambody.clinic/
I’ll save y’all 100$. Shoulders back chest out chin up. Done.
Thanks for sharing! I'm also a big fan of resistance training. Questions: 1. How does your recommendation jive with the S.A.I.D. principle? 2. What changes do you make to your training when targeting postural versus phasic muscles? 3. Have you found vertical pulling movements to be the most effective way to target the muscles of the postural uprighting system?
Trying to find your regiment you apples after the procedure. Also regarding the 100 million stem cells IV, wouldn’t most those cells have gotten. Stuck in the lungs bc of the first pass proceeds?
Here's the video where I discuss my rehab routine - kzread.info/dash/bejne/qoJs0LWgZMefhcY.html There's quite a bit of research at this point demonstrating the efficacy of IV stem cells for a host of different conditions - like this study study on patients with heart failure: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28974553/
Thank you for the quick response. That seems to have been a pretty good deal for the price. I have a consultation with R3 (In Tijuana) next week for my lumbar and thoracic area. I would like to get in contact with Dream Body as well if possible. R3 offered 50 million. Stem cells, 30 billion exosomes and PRP for $4,800.
@bigernmmm1 Great! Speaking to a few reputable clinics and seeing what they have to offer, prices and prognosis of dealing with patients with similar conditions can only help you.
This is super interesting since for years, whenever I get a migraine, I crave peanut butter.
That is interesting, Heather! I crave peanut butter too... all the time. 😄
Thanks. I discovered PEA a few years ago during research for long covid. There is some evidence In research that it may support recovery through reducing inflammation. I had it made for me through a compounding pharmacy.
Thanks for sharing, Trish!
💖❤️🙏❤️💖
Thank you!
I have been using PEA for migraines for a while - it really does help. It also has mast cell stabilizing properties and can help with allergies.
Thanks so much for sharing your experience!
Tincture of wild lettuce (Lactuca virosa) has worked well for my family for pain relief.
Interesting! Where do you get that? Good for arthritis type pain?
Thank Kathy! What concentration and dose have you found to be effective for you?
@@jeannettewilson8808Good questions. I hope Kathy replies with more details.
Is PEAK the same? My naturopath recomended it.
I'm not sure, Allison. I am not familiar with PEAK.
Thank you for your great education!
My pleasure, Lenda! Cheers!
Great info! What about safety /side effects?
Thanks, Michele! PEA is well tolerated and most studies show no adverse effects. The only side effect I've seen mentioned in the literature was nausea and that was extremely rare.
QUESTION: What nutrients have you found to be helpful for pain & inflammation? Leave a comment and let me know.
Hot Salsa.
@@sharonbodeen2191Very interesting. Please say more - what type of peppers are you using?
Yeah Kratom
That could be an interesting topic for a future video. Thanks for sharing!
Should we repeat these exercises every day?
The weekly volume will vary from one individual to the next. A good rule of thumb is to find a volume that creates an increase in functionality without causing any fatigue or soreness afterwards.
@@painfixprotocol Thank you so much for getting back to me. This has been really helpful and I can feel improvement already. 👍🏽
That's fanatstic@@MissOnelove28! Glad to hear it!
Thank you so much.
You're most welcome, Thomas!

Thank you!
Hello How often should i be doing these exercises in a week? I watched your video 3 days ago and ive done them 6 times so far and i already feel better that other 4 PT's couldn't fix and shit load of treatment appts with zero results. I wish i had found this video 3 years ago. yes been in pain since 3 years now. Already feel that my shoulder pulled back THANK YOU SO MUCH
So glad this was helpful for you! The weekly volume will vary from one individual to the next. But, a good rule of thumb is to find a volume that creates an increase in functionality without causing any fatigue or soreness afterwards.
Would this help with tendinitis in the shoulder and neck? Thank you.
This series is geared toward shoulder impingement. Tendonitis is sometimes present in these cases but not always.
The fact that Bob and Brad physical therapists have 5 million followers yet sound like 2 drunk guys and this channel only had 50 thousand followers shows that most people have their heads in the sand. This guy gets straight to the point and doesn't overcomplicate matters.
Those guys I'm sure have good knowledge but honestly never been helped by them, not a fan lol
One of them has a brain disorder , not drunk!
Good stuff and so handsome too 😮
Thank you, Erica! Starting my day with a smile 😊
Dr. Thank you. This is so awesome. I am on my way. Question. Your example of having them walk backwards: Do you have them do this right when they experience the pain? My pain is sciatica when I stand up and walk. Comes and goes. So when the pain comes, do I immediately walk backwards (it still hurts while doing that) -- and for how long? Is it walk backwards for 15 seconds and then do it again throughout the day as pain comes. And how does this mesh up with Ellie's suggestion to do something that's pleasing to you. (assuming walking backwards is not really pleasing.) Just different ways to rewire the brain? Thank you.
So glad you enjoyed it, Mark! Backward walking is just one tool - it's not a universal rule. What's most important is identifying specific positions/movements where an individual's pain is reduced significantly (or better yet, gone). Exactly in line with what Ellie is saying & super effective for re-wiring the brain.
Primus Trail Knit FG would probably be more comfortable than this version of Primus Trail.
It's possible. However, my concerns with the Primus Trail center mainly around them being so much heavier than the Xeros and the super uncomfortable, rigid lace anchor that Vivo chose. Unfortunately, the knit version has both of those features. I hope they fix those issues with the Primus Trail 4.
❤❤👍👍👍❤❤
Thank you!
You are very erect.
Thank you very much for the video ❤
You're most welcome, Lili!
Brother Ive had this issue for years and cant believe I was able to do the third exercise without pain. The shoulder felt really loose after!
So glad this is helpful for you, Alex!
Thank you sir❤
You're welcome!
You are the King🙏 thank you very much
Many thanks!
Thank you for your efforts, but Serrapeptase did nothing to alleviate my trigger finger in conjunction with my efforts to disrupt the scar tissue.
Sorry to hear that. Rehabilitation for trigger finger can be challenging.
Never heard of most of the things you mention . But I did come across an effective supplement for joint pain. An arthritis doc in Bethesda Maryland discovered a gene in mice that did not get arthritis . He managed to isolate the gene and developed a cetylated fatty acid form of it (CFA or CMO). I started taking this supplement with the mineral Boron and can walk without pain now either from knee trouble or the joint issues with my neck and back related to a whiplash . It not only reduces inflammation but together with Boron is very effective in relieving chronic joint pain.
Thanks for sharing, Diane! I'd love to know more - Please send any studies you're aware of that discuss this special fatty acid.
How about for seniors whose range of motion is seriously diminished?
Great question. This motion can be easily regressed to accommodate most people - by moving the feet closer to the wall and using a smaller range of motion.
I have many back issues and ankolosing spondyitis and psoriatic arthritis.is there any hope for me?
Stem cell therapy could be very helpful for you, Ryan. See this recent article that discusses treatment for AS: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC10101200/
Onya Dr Y 🙏been following your Exercise vids 💪Excellent 👍🇦🇺🤜🤛
