Chasing The Shifting Light
Chasing The Shifting Light
I’m a 70 yr old Storm, landscape, and wildlife photographer living in Kansas but hitting the road as much as I can afford!
At 70 I’m living on a very small retirement so any donations would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! Donations can be made through Venmo @chasingtheshiftinglight

Cub foods used to sell the hedge apples but ive not seen them for a while. I doubt they rid your home of spiders. Amazing story of the Osage and the hedge. Ages ago Farmers aparently planted and pruned small Osage trees to creat a hedge around a farm. It was said that if you fell off your horse into a Osage hedge you would die from the narly sharp branches. I brought home some Osage wood and it is incredibly dense like Maple but it is orange and I recall some people built decks out of it.
Absolutely they did and I have lots of those trees on my property and there are miles of hedgerows nearby!
