Harvest , use what you can and preserve the rest . If it spoils just grow more next year and harvest a bit earlier . 😊. It’s all learning but what fun we are having ! 🥰

You can for sure use fresh garlic! The drying is just for preserve. You can see If some bulbs are still Good enough for drying or preserve this fresh garlic by drying, freezing or pickle the pulp /cloves Goodluck!

Thank you! I recommend just coco coir, worm castings and a little perlite for seed starting. It helps keep down on fungus gnats. If you don’t feel like making your own use the fox farms coco loco line.

I would check with your county before getting bees. You might need more land to do it legally.

We have no laws and regulations in my area. My mentor lives in IL and i know there are rules over on that side.
