This is too brown and doesn’t look moist enough. I like when the bread smashes a bit as I’m cutting to know it’s very moist

I made this today and it came out too wet. I think it’s too much oil. Next time will be only using half the amount of oil required.

I just made these for the first time, they’re super good. I over filled the molds a little though, I made 12, I bet if I did the right amount I could have made close to 18. Will definitely make these again, super easy and tasty!

Question? How Do the cream cheese filling not melt when being baked in the muffin?, how does it not soak into the muffin and become moist ?

I thought the title says chocolate mirror glazed without sugar? So what is that glucose syrup? Isn’t it still sugar in liquid form?

I made a gluten free version of the chocolate cake. The batter was very thick so added 1 extra tbsp of milk. It tasted good but was very dense. I made some buttercream icing to put on it too. It’s nice to be able to make one personal size cake, eat it and not have a big cake to eat all week long and gain 5 lbs.

Bread tasted good with out sugar which was great! But I wouldn’t recommend for diabetics. My dad sugar spiced through the roof after eating a slice. But taste great though.

Beautiful!! What is the specific silicone heart mold you used? I usually use Silikomart, but theirs isn’t as large as this one, which is what I’m looking for.

0:39 That looks like WAY too much gelatin added for both the mousse and the gelled insert.

I tried this again, followed the recipe exactly and I barely got a rise out of the dough. Went ahead and baked it and it did not turn out well. On my third attempt I went ahead and added the traditional Tangzhong method and upped the amount of yeast. This attempt turned out closer to what you made.

Are we sure it's only 4g of yeast? I just tried this for the first time and even after 1h30m it hasn't risen at all

Hi, yes the amount is right! Can it be that the yeast is dead? Did it activate? I hope it worked out for you.
@carana165 ай бұрын
I used instant instead which really shouldn't have made a difference. But still a very low amount. Most milk bread recipes I've tried call for at the least 7g if not 10g. @@CookingFantasies
