Soy jerezano, y aunque es una buena selección de restaurantes, han faltado decenas de restaurantes que están a ese nivel (Pedro Nolasco, T22, Hermanos Carrasco....). Alta cocina, a precios muy baratos. La cercanía de materias primas de gran calidad (mar y montaña), junto a cocineros con grandes ideas y, por supuesto, uno de los mejores vinos del mundo (Sherry), convierten a Jerez en un paraíso gastronómico para el mundo. Afortunadamente, los jerezanos podemos aún disfrutar de manjares increíbles a precios baratos y sin que esperar, pero el aumento constante de turistas es una pequeña preocupación porque llenan los restaurantes (y a los jerezanos nos va a costar más disfrutar de estos manjares). Nota: Un plato imprescindible son las "papas aliñadas", auténtico manjar de dioses. Y, por supuesto, como postre el "tocino de cielo", postre inventado en Jerez.

Leave chain restaurants off the list as you can go to them any time in other cities. A lot of great Yuma restaurants were left off the list. Yuma has wonderful Mexican food that you cannot get in must places. If you travel even 100 miles from the border the Mexican food is not quite the same.
Most of these are closed. Blue Ribbon and the Redwood Diners have been around for years and are still in existence. No mento of them. This guy is bias with poor taste at that.
