    Why the hell humans can't make a toaster worth a darn in 2024 is amazing to me. We did it just fine over 100 years ago!

    Every time I build an RC10 I think the same thing next time I’ll install the shock tower on the bulk head before installing it to the chassis maybe now that I made it public I’ll remember lol 😂

    Nice tip on the sprayer nozzle to evacuate brake fluid! I'm glad this service is so straight forward. I have a 2005 GMC Sierra that I'm working on and see a lot of gunk in the reservoir. Thanks to your video I can now tackle this job with confidence!

    Great video and great job getting the little twin going again after so long. I have a CA175 which is the next evolution of small Honda twins after the CA95 and CA92. Superb little bikes that with the most basic of maintenance will run forever 🙂

    so Im looking to change the brake master cylinder on a 1990 dodge dakota. but it seems to only come with the brake master cylinder and not the resorvoir. So I can just remove the reservoir and put it on the new one correct. Thank you

    its amazing that people take the time to make these videos and don't give a comprehensive summary of the problem beforehand, leaving one to guess if there is power to the toaster, how the problem started, age of the product etc.

  • @NickMakesBreaksStuff
    @NickMakesBreaksStuffАй бұрын

    This video was not meant to be a product failure analysis. I had a broken toaster. I took it apart, discovered a problem, explained what I saw and how I fixed it, and then I put it back together. If you didn’t find this video helpful, sorry.

    This bike is absolutely GORGEOUS. I hope to own a JANUS one day. I'm 55 and just got back into riding since the 1990's and I am a different person. My mind is not as it was, so my confidence is not the same. Not AT ALL saying that JANUS is for old people, but I appreciate the older look, it's actually my favorite look, and not going 150 mph is appealing to me now, as opposed to my Honda Interceptor 1000 days when riding 130 moh was a daily thing.

    Fantastic - I was able to fix my 2009 CRV with this (and another video). So far so good. Couple of things to note from my project - The air filter housing base was a pain to slide out of the rubber holder on the far left corner. Seems like the trick is to pull it firmly straight up through it (and push it straight down through it during reinstall). I removed the battery too for better access. My crush washer (10mm) was stuck to the transmission housing and needed a couple of knocks from a flat head screwdriver to knock it loose. But other than that, it seemed to have worked so far. I drained the transmission fluid and replaced it with new fluid while I was at this. Drove around at different speeds and still no check engine light. Fingers crossed. Thank you for the video, very helpful.

    Since you only have 107 comments during the past four years you may not check to see if someone like me left a message for you. But, I'll leave one anyway and either you or someone else can tell me how to fix my problem with my exact same toaster you have. Thanks. Also, that's a physically and spiritually/emotionally beautiful cat you have and we all can see how well you feed it and take care of it. And I can see you even give it some vegetable oil for its coat to stay looking like that millionaire's wife's mink coat :-) I just paid $4 at Goodwill for a toaster exactly like the one you have. BUT the problem with mine is 100% different from the problem you had with your toaster. The toast won't pop up at all no matter what the temperature setting is set at. I took it apart and looked at the circuit board and mechanical moving parts but did not see anything damaged. BUT, just after watching you bend back those electrical contact bars correctly which now allows the electrical current to go to the electromagnetic holding device which then holds the toast holder down while being toasted, it seems to me that the problem with my toaster is that those same electrical contact bars may be bent causing that switch to stay on and not turn off when the heat increases enough, according to the temperature setting. Thanks for showing us how you repaired your toaster because by doing that you probably just helped me figure out how to fix the problem with my toaster. THANK YOU ! Also, please keep in mind the next time you get another cat (whenever after you lose this one) you need to get two cats so that they can enjoy each other's company and entertain each other whenever you leave your house or apartment. Maybe you do have another cat but your cat appears to be so bored that it needs to check out and sniff every single new thing it sees on your table or anywhere else in your apartment or house. And what makes me believe I know what I'm talking about here? Because I also had a black cat, not that that's relevant, and it was the only cat living with me. It did NOT enjoy being by itself all day for eight hours while I was at work five days a week. A cat does NOT like being locked up and contained in the same space/area day after day by itself for eight hours a day. Basically, it is very cruel to do that to cats. Just imagine you, yourself, being locked up in your apartment with absolutely nothing to do for eight hours a day. Yeah, that'll ruin your personality too.
