  what you really need to do is to be like a mirror often we waste our attention and our effort on people and things that just don't reciprocate it or that just won't yield any merit. stop wasting your energy thats what really makes you unhappy wasting your time and energy with that. and you keep staying stuck cause of it or get hurt cause people reject you
