It doesn't see the name of this ipcam camera on the wifi list and it keeps showing the wrong password despite various configurations, whether it's due to sound waves or a 4G camera, battery powered, because there are various options in the camhipro application and this inscription: wrong password. Previously it worked all the time, but now it doesn't. Maybe the Wi-Fi module in the camera is broken, but it doesn't see the camera on the Wi-Fi list and that's why I keep writing the wrong password. Need quick help on how to reset the camera? My daughter bought this camera and couldn't get it to work. She brought it to me but lost the power adapter. Will any 12v adapter work. I tried an adapter I had and couldn't get it to work either. Need to know to get this camera working. I have the Mini PTZ. Thanks in advance.

Не верьте продажным блогерам, они это делают за деньги от спонсоров. А Boavision шлак, у всех одна и та же поломка почитайте форумы, большой процент брака. Я не исключения заказал за 220 баксов 30х зум, + 50баксов повесить на столб, проработала 3 дня и вырубилась. Снять ещё 50 баксов. Итого уже 320баксов. Продавец мурыжил в переписке месяц, тянул время. Сейчас валятся этот кусок го*на в машине. Поломка как у всех, при включении тест крутится, инфракрасные датчики включаются, но зайти в интерфейс невозможно dvr, ip, прямое включение, WiFi не работает, кнопка сброса не работает. Boavision закупает все детали у разных производителей в итоге постоянный геморой. Не связывайтесь, 90% отзывов липа, они хорошо платят за рекламу, а качество отсутствует в принципе, в переписке создают видимость желания помочь, но не более. БОАВИЗИОН BOAVISION редкостное г*вно !

Reset it manually, there’s a reset button next to the Ethernet cable and hold it for 20 seconds and you’ll hear a “DONG” sound

Yo no puedo conectar mi cámara al wifi de mi hogar, la cámara emite un sonido fuerte pero en mi cel carga y carga hasta lanzarme error, la cámara sólo me funciona cuando mi cel está conectado a la red que trae la cámara y lógicamente sin Internet, una vez salgo de casa no puedo monitorear la cámara, necesito de su ayuda porque estoy que ya la tiro a la basura.
