I'm not sure if I was the subscribed that formally asked this question, but I have wondered this a lot. Thank you for the details! Question: when you show us your dinner, is that all you ate? I was most curious to know portion size details. Like are you eating second helping and/or dessert as well? That last thin crust pizza had my mouth watering! I think I could make that at home I'm gonna try it! Thank you dear -Amber

The problem is when you say aha, and smile, and you let it go a couple of times, but they keep on trying to give you the same advice over an over again, especially when they are taking YOUR time to trespass thus, and on top of it, you begin to get the impression the advice they are giving you is not because they care about you, but they have their own agenda and murky intentions.

I lost 45 lbs and a “dear friend” didnt like the new me. Constant papercut-comments came my way she would not celebrate my win of losing weight! She is thin btw. She is no longer in my life…❤ God showed me her true colors! Being a high profile person is strengthening me into a diamond 💎 ❤ thanks Tracy!

How sad that your friend couldn't be happy about your success. While she may be thin, this comes from a place of envy. It’s sad when a person in our life can’t handle both of us succeeding. We can both win, right? Some simply can't, and it comes from their own insecurities. You have to let them sit in it, which is what you did. Good for you weeding this friend out of your life. There are only opportunities to plant new seeds (friends that serve us). Keep being the high-profile person you are and strengthen into that gem! Thank you for taking the time to share, and congratulations on your weight-loss success. God Bless!

Well according to what you’re saying then you are still doing a smaller version of intermittent fasting. Perhaps you never thought of it that way. You have more frequent meals but there’s a long space between your last meal of the day and your first meal the next day. So you would still get the benefits of IF or at least a good long digestive rest. Thanks for sharing. 😊

My last meal is about 6 p.m. and my first intake of food is about 3:15 a.m. about 5 days per week, currently. It is correct that I don't consider than I.F., but I believe we all have a different perception of Intermittent Fasting and one should stick with how they see it.

Hi Tracy, I just saw your new fitness pictures and you are looking amazing. The three week intense sounds very helpful for getting on track with your health. I am wondering if you could organise a similar program but with individual goals in mind, e.g. a program that helps people get on track with a goal that they have, health related or otherwise. I am struggling with being disciplined in other areas of my life.

I asked my doctor about this and I believe her, it is not menopause that makes you feel gain but sometimes perimenopause symptoms can make you hungrier or more tired so you don’t exercise and lose muscle. She says the permanent weight gain can come from losing muscle so she recommends to work on symptom reduction and heavy weight training but that is why not the menopause. Perimenopause can cause symptoms that are unpleasant tired, not sleeping well, increased appetite, hot flashes. Stuff like that

It’s very hard if you don’t feel good. It’s like when you go through pregnancy your body changes and it is very hard to lose weight once you gain it. It has to be important to you and I believe weight loss and loss is a life skill. I didn’t used to think of it that way but it is.

When did you start taking celebration meals and is it celebration meals daily for the full two weeks (or however long you are away? ) I find when I travel for one week or longer I enjoy tips from those who manage their weight so well year long and I have an upcoming vacation myself :) any tidbits would be loved!

I don’t like myself with highlights. If they are very minimal around the face it can look good but it’s a slippery slope. Seems like my stylist usually does more than I truly want so I have decided to forgo it. I do a toner on my hair every 2 months. I have thought of asking her to put a pop of highlight in as she has done it before. I really admire your style

Look I workout 6 days aweek strength training mostly and yes diet is key for definition. I used body build in the 80's so put of mass muscle and then clean diet. It takes discipline and focus for that but now I workout for my life's journey as retired so more relaxed but still focused on good healthy lifestyle. Thanks for your informative video. Happy days.💪💪❤

agree 100% - -my mom all aunts granny's nobody gained weight - in later years. if anything some actually lost weight. this includes dad's side - so people are not related. everyone is from Europe though - and that is a non "snacking" culture and probably somewhat less food volume at meals & the foods tend to be more real items.... nobody drinks calories daily... so yeah. i personally put on a couple of pounds from working from home - near my kitchen and sitting longer hours... so those 5 lbs - -are all about more eating & less moving ....
