the biggest issue with bleach from what I understand is that it releases the spores as the mold is dying, and apparently that is something like 400x more toxic to people than is the mold itself. I heard that stat is from a Shoemaker practitioner. Plus, bleach isnt good to breathe.

Fantastic info! Did you mean to say ERMI is not adequate by itself, if you own the home? Are Immunolytics test plates more helpful to figure out where in the home might be problematic? ERMI is so expensive. Thanks for the MARCONS info. Going to try your protocol. I’m not a practitioner, just someone dealing in the seeming🎉never ending rabbit hole of finding safe housing. I keep getting re-exposed everywhere I move. I appreciated you saying it’s not rare. Friends and family think I am paranoid. 😢

Correct, it is not enough bc it doesn't tell you the source. The immunolytics and help with sources, yes. But a good inspection, either training in DIY inspection or hiring it out, is important for a homeowner. Yes it can seem to follow you so learn that DIY inspection! you're doing great!

Within 60 days anyone can get pregnant, feeling the changes in your body the first few weeks. After go’ogling her I understood it's not a miracle kind of thing like the title suggests, but you can bet you'll boost your chances.

But GABA supplements do actually have effects. Several theories why they do, one is certain effects on gut microbes (forgot exactly what right now) and another is that it can cross the barrier when people have leaky blood brain barrier. I for one get strong effects and prefer to not use it because i get "hung over" and tired next day.

Kristina needs to take on the medical doctors for ignoring this deadly sickness! I have worked in a nursing home with a very bad leaking roof for 16 years. I have always eaten an alkaline diet and if i had not i fear that i would have died years ago! The roof leaked in december 2021 and i became very sick but kept working. Severe night sweats started and lasted for a month. The first week of january 2022 i could not think any more. I had a day off and felt that i would die if i went back to work. I called and quit work. I went to the ER by ambulance 3 times andthe doctors were getting tired of me. My body was incoordinated, spastic and so dehydrated i could not drink enough water to quench my thirst. The ER doctor said bluntly, "you either ho home or go to the mental health unit!" I was admitted with dementia! I received no care for the 6 days i was there and never slept. I had not slept since october 2021. It had been a slow progressive symptom i did not know was from the water damaged nursing home. On the 6th day the doctors came out of the woodwork and determined i did not have dementia. I could have told them that! They discharged me with "delusions" just to pay for the admission! I went to an alternative clinic that helped me get tested for mold. But my urine would not concentrate at night and my urine tests were inconclusive. It too a could months to get a positive mycotoxin screen. The week that in quit working, i was able to run faster than my 20 year old coworkers. By the end of january, i could barely walk! Now 2 years later, i still cannot walk well and my symptoms worsen. I was forced into early retirement and denied workmans comp! Does Kristina have any ways to convince the state of Alaska that this nursing home needa to be shut down? Over the years they just kept patching the roof and never stripping all of the water damaged building material inside the drop ceilings throughout tbe building! The state and OSHA ignores my complaints! I saw numerous long standing staff die from cancer over the years! How many suffered from mycotoxin exposure? I wonder how many patients died from mold too?
