i remember my first operaton was at c&m hospital it was a skin graft for my burn, i woke up from the anestetic speaking spanish lol

You'll not achieve more than 50% vax rate without mandating HCWs get the flu vax or wear a mask. Before you force your HCWs to make the choice consider this. Post the results of one or more US hospital(s) that performed a retrospective, cohort study looking at relative risk of HCWs--in hospitals mandating get flu vax or wear the mask, that achieved >90% compliance with vaccination rate--calling in sick due to illness (or specifically, influenza) in the masked/non-vaccinated cohort v. non-masked/vaccinated cohort during last year's flu season (or the year before). This helps cuts through all the rhetoric about the flu shot's efficacy, retrospectively only, and your credibility.

It was fun making it. The message is very important and we are lucky to be able to get this free at work, at a time to suit us. The last time I had flu was 1994 and they weren't doing it then.

Thank you SO much for making this video. I have been freaking out about my gastroscopy on the 11th of December. And like you I couldn't find any reviews or anything that could help me relax about having this procedure. I am also going to be sedated but I'm very worried about the pain when the tube first goes down my throat. How bad is the pain? Xx
