  Eating with your bare hands is possible in every country and culture, depending on the food type. But using cutlery often makes sense beyond just pure etiquette. It is often also cleaner and more hygienic.

  It is a filthy habit to use especially one's left hand (touching the chapathi) along with the right hand. At least, in future videos, don't show the left hand touching the chapathi/food. You should acquire the skill to use only the right hand for transferring food from the plate to your mouth.
