  Just finished this project. Your video was the perfect inspiration! At 77 years old, lugging around 28 bags of concrete was a pain but I am VERY pleased with the results! Thank you!! Wish I could share an image with you.

  Whats the drawback of using regular quikrete as opposed to the fast setting quikrete? 40 bags of the fast setting version is quite expensive...Thanks

  I don't recommend this steps if you want a long lasting border that stays even after years. Do the hard work to lay out a solid foundation under the ground by digging and adding gravel / sand.

  Question: If I want to move it or change the garden borderline in the future, will this be very difficult to remove because it’s cemented?

  Yes, it will be difficult to remove. You'll need to use a sledgehammer to bust up and remove it. If you aren't sure of what you want for many, many years, then you'd better choose a much less substantial border.

  My pleasure, @lewis4929!! Thank you for the kind words. Yes, there is a way to remove hide the black plastic edge and that is to install it in reverse to so it is removable. Use the plastic spikes that come in the bags and cut them in half to that after your cement sets up after a few hours, you can easily pull the spikes out and then you could use your plastic edge again for the next section if you have more to do.   How long do I mist?

  It really depends how heavy of a mist it is, but generally maybe 30 seconds per foot. You can wait about 10 minutes after that and then use a heavier flow of water to soak it more thouroughly and faster because the cement will already be starting to set up if you you want to do it that way. You just don't want to let the form of your cement to wash away at all with the water. It will make sense to you when you do it. I hope this helps.
