It looks like they are winding the spring the wrong direction,,,,
They're not. That's the way it's wound.

Are the washers placed on the top of the 1st panel and not the bottom, and only on 1 side. Also are the 3 washers needed on any other panel, I was told yes but did not see any more added in the video.
I love that Whiting Door Latches are made for LEFT-HANDERS. As a Leftie, I can easily operate a Whiting Door Latch with ONE HAND. Righties often need to use both hands to operate the latch
Thanks for the video I have just fixed my truck
Is it three Full rotations of the spool or three pulls of the pry bars
Thank you
I would get a second opinion on what to use for a lubricant. White lithium grease has always been the spray of choice if that not available a graphite but never an oil based or regular WD-40 as that collects moisture and dissipates leaving only a dry gunk. Silicone is also not intended to be used but regular maintenance will increase the life of all parts and insure that all screws and bolts are tightened, tracks are clean of debris and all moving parts are lightly sprayed including the main spring.
How I can order parts

What is the name of the cable?
Cable is 1/8in braided steel.
@@klzefreak94 works for enclosed trailers too?
@@DoctorRickSanchez 1/8 would work, most trailers use it some use smaller cable
what if the cable is already broken and the door is too heavy to lift?
Find a strong friend. My foreman and I lifted and we aren't very big guys
