  Nice shed, probably wiped 100k off the value of the house being that close, be very difficult to sell. They probably should have shown plans to a property valuer before proceeding.

  Depends its the Waikato so people love big sheds and that is as close as possible to the boundaries. We let the clients design it and we then build it. Cheers Jason

  Are the posts pre mortice before they go in the ground, and how do you deal with a change in grade?

  Hey mate yes they are all pre moticed from the manufactuer. Fo the change in grade we leveled out the area leaving only a 100mm fall for the long section. Waikato Post and Rail team then slowly lowered it over the length. Cheers Jason

  Hi Tanya, The whole build was approx $600k but we onlly supplied the kitset and the clients did lots themselves so that figure is for a full build. Cheers

  We would use the local Metalcraft Roofing to manufacture the kitset in Christchurch to keep freight down. We have done lots of kit sets into the South Island over the years 👍
