Not a bad lesson but it’s confusing to the average American drummer because a 3 stroke roll is RRR LLL. A roll is doubled, AKA a double stroke roll, so when you say 3 stroke I assumed 3 strokes per hand. A stroke is a single, and since traditionally a role is done as a double stroke, when you said three stroke I just assumed you’d be playing 3 rights and 3 lefts, as opposed to “triplets.” Keep up the good work though!

Very well explained. Thanks 😊
Thanks
Looks fun. I love that it frees up a hand for the shaker too. Do you think people with much longer legs would have any problems with this? I'm pretty damn tall and I don't know if it would be uncomfortable for us taller people
Thanks for your comment. I must say I’m not very tall. I’m 1.70 m or 5.7 feet. I would say it depends for how long you will play it. A good adjustment could be to use something to raise your posture like a cushion. But you would need to find a square one so it doesn’t compromise your stability. I also play drums and I like to seat a little high. Playing on the cajon for a long period with this setting does bother my back and pelvis. But that would happen with any cajon pedal. I hope this answers your questions. If you need any other advice just let me know. 😉. Blessings
You sound so good.
Thanks 😊
