I 🎉having same problem. When bluetooth on phone ON it will work on tuya smart app. If i turn off Bluetooth it stops working. I have a tuya zigbee gateway but it will not find the motor. What is wrong?

The device uses bluetooth so it does not work with zigbee gateway. You need to have bluetooth gateway or multi-mode gateway which includes both zigbee and bluetooth for the device to work.

I think there's no limit to the distance that it works. When first setting up, you just need to press start learning when the curtain is fully closed and press stop learning after the curtain is fully opened.

You can set either side of the earphone button function to be Amazon Alexa where you press that button and you can command things by talking such as play the music through Amazon Alexa. To connect, you must have the Amazon Alexa app. on your phone. After you have connected the earphones to the Sony Headphones app., set one of your earphone button function as Amazon Alexa in the system tab on the app. Then, allow the function on the Amazon Alexa app..

Ok this is the most detailed review. I was looking for someone who can measure real world power consumption. Some other reviewers were saying Fan 2 and Fan 2 lite were the same with just added smart features, but it seems like they have a different motor as well. Thanks!
Whats wrong with the watt meter? P=UxI so let say at 6:03 it says 213 volts and 107mA. 213x0,107=22.8 watts. While your meter says 12.6 watts. Its halve the wattage of what its supposed to be the whole video?!

I do have the same unit. Sadly I can only inflate a football ⚽ with it. As I try to inflate a car tire he while making a rateling sound and nothing happens. 😢
