  very very nice except for that terra cotta desing tile on the yard should be a grey granite cobble stone or an oven baked light red brick with black specks in fishbone design but that are all details very good thus

  Beautiful property and terrain around. Not an area of Wales I'm familiar with but looks worth exploration. Sadly its out of my price bracket - unless they'd like to swap it for a house in rural Tuscany.😊
